Sheer commitment to circus and physical theatre has seen Malia rise as a spectacular performer and director, reliably astounding audiences throughout the globe. 

Malia’s collection of unusual skills’ traverse various circus disciplines such as Acrobatics, Adagio, Hula Hoops, Fire Manipulation, Puppetry and Emcee/Hosting. Her impressive portfolio includes seven works and 15 awards over the last 14 years, where she has lovingly sculpted a signature style based on originality, mystique, intrigue, and technical skill. 

She continues to add to the elite body of work already under her belt, including Circus Oz, Circus Trick Tease, Strut n Fret Productions, Pyroptix Fire Dance House and more. Malia has electrified stages across the globe, including the elite Fringe Festival circuit hotspots of Edinburgh, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Perth – to name only a few. 

More than a pretty face and gifted performance artist, she has featured in various projects and productions in the multi-disciplinary roles of performer, director, tour manager, producer and choreographer for gigs such as the South Korean tour leg of Men of Steel, and the Kids Comedy Gala national Australian tour. No stranger to attention of elite corporate clients, Malia has worked with big names like L’Oréal, Crown Casino, and undertaken multiple tours across Asia including a two-month residency in Hong Kong and a four-person pyrotechnic show alongside Jennifer Lopez and Ricci Martin in the Maldives.
