Antonia

Passionate. Ferocious. An all-or-nothing artiste. These words don’t even scratch the surface of describing the daring talent that is Antonia. Since the age of 11, Antonia has and continues to be a fixture and creative force in the Australian circus industry. An elite-level aerialist, acrobat, contortionist and juggler, Antonia is renowned for her wildly magnetic performances, fuelled by her ferocious and exotic Lebanese energy.

This cirque superstar began her career at 11 years old after a successful period on the Western Australian diving team. Scouted by Skadada Youth Runway Circus, she began her training as a multidisciplinary aerialist and contortionist under the direction of Jon Burtt. At age 17, Antonia was invited to be one of the prima performers of Perth circus company Kinetica CDT. 

After graduating high school, she was accepted into the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts where she completed her Bachelor of Performance and discovered her love of creating works of contemporary circus fusion. 

Now equipped and determined to take on the world, Antonia moved from her hometown of Perth to the creative hub of Melbourne in 2018, where she has performed in critically acclaimed shows such as Mansion, The Experience by Bass Fam Creative, as well as being one of the original cast members of the award-winning circus show, Phat Cab Club.
