NICA Merchandise - Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA). We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, and we want to make the returns, refunds, and cancellation process as smooth as possible. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the Goods for products that are faulty or defective. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our administration team at info@nica.com.au or (+613) 9214 6975 to organise a time to return the item.
Customers are responsible for returning the item to NICA, located at 39-59 Green Street Prahran VIC 3181 Australia. Shipping and delivery of goods is not available nor accepted.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply no longer want the product. Ensure that you carefully consider your purchase before completing your order. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our administration team for assistance prior to making your purchase.
2. Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable for faulty or defective Goods, and not for change of mind.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned Goods.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your Goods is deemed faulty or defective, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned Goods. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days after this period, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Cancellations:
We are unable to cancel your order once payment has been made through iClassPro portal. Ensure that you carefully consider your purchase before completing your order. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our administration team for assistance prior to making your purchase.
4. Exchanges:
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you are concerned or unsure which size, colour or item you want to purchase, then we recommend visiting NICA during our open hours to physically inspect the items and ensure the right size or colour.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
