Taylor is a queer circus artist originally from Kaurna Country (Adelaide). Their creative practice is interwoven with their love and study of nature. Their journey started with hyperrealist drawing and classical piano before they studied Marine Biology at Flinders University.
During this time, they discovered Circus and while studying biology, they found opportunities to perform and teach fan manipulation internationally, in the likes of China, Russia, France and Germany.
Aspiring to dive deeper into their Circus career, they moved to Naarm (Melbourne) and started studying at NICA, where they excelled in Aerial Rope, Hand-balancing and Group Acrobatics. Their creative works often explore identity, self-expression and the principles of nature through contemporary iterations of Circus, Theatre and Movement.
